- Moderate expenditure in G20 countries like Canada, the UK, and Italy is due to universal coverage, healthcare reforms, and aging populations, resulting in steady increases in healthcare spending to maintain quality and access.
- Low to moderate expenditure in G20 countries like India, Indonesia, and Mexico is driven by economic constraints, large populations, and ongoing efforts to improve healthcare access and infrastructure, leading to gradual increases in spending.
